🎄 Cedars Christmas Mini Sessions
Capture some sweet Christmas memories while supporting Cedars Educational Programs! ❤️
Session Details:
📸 $30 per session
⏰ 5-minute photography session
🎁 5 professionally edited digital photographs
📍 Cedars Christmas Event
📅 December 1, 2026
🕙 Available appointments: 10:00–11:00 AM and 12:00–1:00 PM
Spaces are limited, and reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required at booking to secure your appointment.
🎄 Booking & Cancellation Policy
Because these mini sessions are part of a special fundraiser benefiting Cedars Educational Programs, all reservations are final, except as outlined below.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Due to the limited number of appointments available, reservations are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled if a family cancels, misses, or is unable to attend their scheduled session.
Arrival & Appointment Times
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Sessions are limited to 5 minutes to accommodate all participating families. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited session without refund.
Event Postponement
If the Cedars Christmas event must be postponed due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, families will have the option to transfer their reservation to the rescheduled Cedars event or receive a full refund.
Rescheduled appointments are only available during an officially rescheduled Cedars Christmas event and cannot be transferred to other photography sessions offered by the photographer.
Event Cancellation
If Cedars cancels the event without offering a replacement date, all reservations will be fully refunded.
Photo Delivery
Each session includes 5 professionally edited digital photographs selected by the photographer and delivered through an online gallery. Families will receive their gallery link by email once their photographs are ready.
Additional Prints
Additional printed photographs may be available for purchase separately through the photographer’s online gallery. Print purchases are not included in the $30 session fee.
